परिवर्तन  का समय :  तेज गति से जीवन जीने की आदत और निश्चित दिनचर्या ही लोगों का एक मात्र उद्देश्य था। सप्ताह के छः दिन सुबह से शाम तक काम, कार्यालय के काम,घर के काम ,बच्चों के काम और रविवार के दिन छः दिन के बचे हुए काम। न सामाजिक मेलजोल, न जुड़ाव , किसी के लिए भी समय न होना। विशेषकर अपने लिए , क्योंकि निजी नौकरी करने वाले तो 24 x 7 केवल नौकरी के ही होकर रह गए थे। आधुनिक परिवेश पूर्ण रूप से हावी था।  ये लोगों की विवशता भी थी कि बदलते परिवेश में अपने को ढालें या पिछड़े कहलाएं। सब कुछ तेज , फ़ोन से मोबाईल फ़ोन , स्मार्ट फ़ोन , सवारी गाड़ियों और रेल गाड़ियों से हाई स्पीड ट्राई , बुलेट ट्रैन और न जाने कितने ही सपने लिए गतिमान जीवन।                इधर एक बहुत बड़ी हलचल वैश्विक पटल पर देखी जा सकती थी।  यूरोप , अमेरिका सहित सम्पूर्ण विश्व में एक नया रोग पैर पसार रहा था। धीरे -धीरे इस रोग ने आक्रामकता दिखानी प्रारम्भ की। सरकारें जागीं और रोकथाम का प्रयास किया जाने लगा। ये फैलाव और तेज हो रहा था।         ...
